Connect your inbox
Add any IMAP mailbox and test the connection before you save. Set your reply-from name, signature, and the tone you want.
inboxr drafts the reply
It reads each new email, sorts it by topic, pulls facts from your knowledge base, and writes a reply in your voice with a confidence score.
You approve, or it sends
Review and send in one click. Once inboxr has earned enough clean approvals, switch on autopilot and it handles the confident ones for you.
From co-pilot to autopilot, on your terms.
inboxr starts as a co-pilot: it drafts, you decide. Every clean approval builds its track record. Autopilot stays locked until it has proven itself, and even then it only sends high-confidence replies. Anything it is unsure about still comes to you.
Everything you need to answer email well.
Co-pilot review queue
Every draft lands in a clean queue. Approve, edit, regenerate, or skip in one click.
Autopilot with confidence
Self-scored replies send automatically only when inboxr is sure. The rest wait for you.
Learns from your edits
Every change you make teaches the agent. Replies sound more like you over time.
Multiple agents
Route billing, sales, and support to specialized agents, each with its own role and tone.
Knowledge base
Feed it your policies and docs as text or PDF so answers stay accurate and on-message.
Smart links
Give an agent your booking or pricing links and it drops in the right one when it fits.
Ignore rules
Skip newsletters, notifications, or specific senders so the AI only handles real email.
You stay in control
Nothing sends without trust. Lock autopilot, set caps, and keep a full activity trail.

Questions, answered.
How do I get in during early access?
inboxr is invite-only right now. Request early access and we will send you an invite. Once you are in, your account starts on a free trial - 21 days or 100 AI replies, whichever comes first - with no credit card.
Will it send email without my say-so?
Not until you let it. inboxr starts in co-pilot mode and drafts only. Autopilot stays locked until the agent has earned enough clean approvals, and even then it sends only high-confidence replies.
Which email providers work?
Any mailbox that supports IMAP for reading and SMTP for sending. You can test the connection before you save.
How does it sound like me?
You set a tone and a role per agent, and every edit you make is fed back in as an example. Replies get closer to your style over time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like. If a trial lapses, your data is kept for a grace period so nothing is lost if you come back.
