Built around one idea: you stay in control

A real assistant for your inbox.

inboxr handles the writing. You keep the judgment. Here is what is under the hood.

Co-pilot

Every reply, drafted and waiting.

New email arrives, inboxr drafts a reply and drops it in your review queue with a confidence score and the topic it detected. Approve and send in one click, tweak it in the editor first, regenerate, or ignore it. Spam and newsletters never make it in.

Autopilot

Hands off, but never blind.

When inboxr scores its own draft above your threshold, it sends on its own. Anything below comes back to you for review. Autopilot stays locked until the agent has earned enough clean approvals, so it is never trusted before it has proven itself.

Learning loop

It learns to sound like you.

Every edit you make and every note you leave is saved as an example and fed into future drafts. The more you use it, the closer the replies get to how you would have written them yourself.

Note to the AI: keep it warm but brief, and always offer the help-center link before escalating.
Saved. Future drafts will follow this guidance.

And the rest of the toolkit

smart_toy

Agents, routed by topic

Create a billing agent, a sales agent, a support agent. Each has its own role, tone, links, and knowledge, and inboxr picks the right one per email.

menu_book

Knowledge base

Add policies and docs as typed text or PDF uploads. inboxr answers from them and stays on-message.

edit_note

Tone and signature

Set the voice per mailbox and a signature that is added on send, never written by the AI.

link

Smart CTA links

Give an agent your booking, pricing, or help links with a note on when to use each. It drops in the right one.

block

Ignore rules

Skip senders, domains, or subjects so newsletters and alerts never reach the AI or your queue.

shield

Control and audit

Send-rate caps, autopilot locks, and a full activity log of who did what and when.
