Our take

AI should draft your email. You should decide what sends.

Most email tools either leave you doing all the typing or hand the keys to a bot you cannot trust. We built inboxr for the middle: an agent that does the work and a human who stays in charge.

Why we built it

Inboxes do not scale. The same questions arrive over and over, and answering them well still takes real time and care. Generic auto-responders feel like generic auto-responders, and full automation is a fast way to send the wrong thing to the wrong person.

inboxr takes a different path. It learns how you answer, drafts in your voice, and scores its own confidence. You start as the co-pilot and approve everything. As it proves itself on your real email, you can hand off the easy, high-confidence replies and keep your attention for the ones that need you.

It has since grown beyond the inbox. The same knowledge base now powers an AI chat agent on your website and a CRM that keeps every email and chat in one place. Different channels, the same belief: the AI does the drafting, and a human stays in control of what goes out.

What we believe

Trust is earned, not assumed

Autopilot stays locked until the agent has a track record. Nothing automated happens on day one.

Your voice matters

Replies should sound like you, not like a template. Every edit teaches the agent.

Accuracy over guesswork

Answers come from your knowledge base, not invention. Unsure drafts come back to you.

You can always see and undo

A full activity log, send caps, and one-click controls keep you in charge.
