What we process

To draft replies, inboxr processes the inbound email you connect to it, along with the context you provide (knowledge base content, past approved replies). We store this to operate the service and to improve draft quality for your account.

AI processing

Email content is sent to our AI provider to generate draft replies. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your email content to train models outside the scope of serving your account.

Your control

You can disconnect a mailbox, delete stored content, or close your account at any time. Reach us at privacy@inboxr.io with any request.
