How this signature is built
The page turns your details into a small HTML table with inline styles, the format email apps handle most reliably. Everything you type is escaped first, links are limited to web, mail, and phone addresses, and nothing leaves your browser.
How to add it to your email app
Gmail
- Select "Copy signature" above.
- In Gmail, open Settings, then "See all settings".
- On the General tab, scroll to Signature and create a new one.
- Paste into the signature box, then choose "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.
Outlook
- Select "Copy signature" above.
- In Outlook on the web, open Settings, then Mail (or Accounts), then Signatures.
- Create a new signature, paste into the editor, and save.
- Choose it as the default for new messages and replies if you want it added automatically.
Apple Mail
- Select "Copy signature" above.
- In Mail on a Mac, open Settings (or Preferences), then Signatures.
- Add a new signature and paste into the box on the right.
- Turn off "Always match my default message font" if the styling looks different after pasting.
Menu names change between app versions. If a step does not match what you see, search your email app's help for "signature".
The signature is built from what you type. Check every link and phone number before you start sending with it. Everything runs in your browser, and inboxr does not store what you enter.
Common questions
How do I add the signature to Gmail?
Use "Copy signature", open Gmail settings, go to the General tab, find Signature, create a new one, and paste. Save changes at the bottom of the page.
Why does the tool ask for an image URL instead of an upload?
Email signatures load images from a web address. Linking to a logo already hosted on your website keeps the signature small and means nothing is uploaded to us.
Will the signature look the same in every email app?
It uses simple table-based HTML with inline styles, which is the most widely supported approach. Some apps still change fonts or spacing slightly, so send yourself a test message.
Should I copy the signature or the HTML?
Use "Copy signature" for Gmail, Outlook on the web, and Apple Mail, which accept a pasted signature. Use "Copy HTML" for apps or tools that ask for HTML source.
Is my information stored?
No. The signature is built in your browser. Your details are kept in this browser tab only so you can keep editing, and they are not sent to a server. Only the layout and color choice go in the page address.
